2. Review Policy

All reviews must be based on your genuine first-hand experience as an employee or contractor. You may not submit reviews for companies where you have not worked. False, defamatory, or misleading reviews are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

3. Prohibited Content

Reviews may not contain personally identifiable information about coworkers or managers, discriminatory language, threats, confidential business information, or promotional content. WorkVerdicts reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

4. Anonymity

While we offer anonymous submission, we do maintain records of who submitted each review for moderation purposes. We will never disclose your identity to employers except when legally required to do so.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you submit remains yours. By submitting reviews, you grant WorkVerdicts a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your reviews on the platform and in marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

WorkVerdicts is not liable for the accuracy of user-submitted reviews. We provide a platform for employees to share their experiences; we do not endorse any specific reviews or companies listed on the platform.
