How do I submit a review?

Create a free account, then click "Submit a Review" in the navigation. Select the company, fill in your ratings and written feedback. If you are verified, your review goes live immediately.

Are reviews anonymous?

Yes. By default, your name is not shown with your review. Only your job title and whether you are current/former is displayed.

How does verification work?

You can verify by linking your LinkedIn account (instant) or by uploading proof of employment such as a paystub or offer letter. Verified reviews carry more weight.

Can I edit or delete my review?

Yes — within 48 hours of submission. After that, reviews are permanent. You can edit or delete from your Dashboard → My Reviews.

How are company ratings calculated?

Ratings are the average of all approved reviews for each category. Only verified and approved reviews count toward the displayed score.

Can companies respond to reviews?

This feature is on our roadmap. Company claims and response capabilities are coming in a future update.

What happens if a review is flagged?

Flagged reviews are sent to our moderation team. Reviews that violate our terms (false information, harassment, spam) will be removed.

How long does review approval take?

Verified members' reviews go live instantly. Unverified members' reviews are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours by our moderation team.
